At HouseCore (a brand of Mrowka Ltd), we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Non-returnable items include:

Mixed or tinted paints, adhesives, or renders

Perishable or time-sensitive products (e.g., cement-based goods)

Gift cards or digital downloads

Returns sent without prior approval or outside the return window may be rejected.
2. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for high-value items.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds may be offset by your card provider if processed on the same day as the original transaction.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at sales@housecore.co.uk.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
