Terms and Conditions

Welcome to HouseCore, a brand of Mrowka Ltd, trading as HouseCore. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from housecore.co.uk. . By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our" refers to Mrowka Ltd trading as HouseCore.

  • "You", "your", "customer" refers to the person or business placing an order.

  • "Goods" means the products available for purchase on our website, including tile adhesives, suspended ceilings, metal studs, decorative materials, paints, and external wall insulation systems.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless a pre-approved credit account is in place. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 20% may apply. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or special orders

  • Mixed or tinted paints, adhesives, or renders

  • Perishable or time-sensitive products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

To initiate a return, contact us at support@housecore.co.uk. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@housecore.co.uk.

7. Warranty

Most products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, improper installation, or storage. Cement-based and liquid products are not guaranteed beyond their shelf life.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the Goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or transport issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
