At HouseCore (a brand of Mrowka Ltd), we aim to deliver your building materials quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK. For international orders, please contact us at sales@housecore.co.uk before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.

2. Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location, courier, and product type. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Large or palletised items may incur additional charges.

Free delivery may be available for qualifying orders — see promotional banners or checkout for details.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable). If you do not receive tracking details, contact us at sales@housecore.co.uk.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of any damage or discrepancies.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or missed courier attempts:

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

  • Unclaimed orders may be returned to us and refunded minus shipping and restocking fees.

7. Click & Collect / Local Pickup

If available, you may choose to collect your order from our warehouse or designated pickup point. You will be notified when your order is ready.
